Currently for a Multinational Contact Center Outsourcing Provider, a company developing contact centre projects in all EMEA region, we are looking for 10 camera Advisors for European market
For one of our most important clients leader in the field of Image/Video Software, Hardware and Editing.
Inbound Helpdesk will be providing assistance mainly to the English market.

Wymagania

- Education -High School degree
- Previous experience in customer care and/or Contact Centre Helpdesk and/or Troubleshooting and/or Email and chat support would be appreciate.

- Also:
• Knowledge of Danish, Dutch, English, Finnish, French, German, Italian, Norwegian, Polish, Portuguese, Spanish, Swedish, Other. Native Speaker (Eliminatory)
• Excellent Communicational skills, both verbal and written
• Advanced Image editing knowledge
• Proficient in dealing with cameras
• Sales Aptitude
• Team-Player
• Conflict solving qualities
• Work Schedule: 7 days a week, with 2 days off per week with rotating days-off.

Company will provide private health insurance to all employees, after 6 months of work
Location: Lisbon, Portugal.
Base salary + Meal allowance + Bonus that will only start to be paid after 3 months at work
