Currently, for our client, we are looking for a candidate for the position:
Commodity Manager

Location: Gdynia

Responsibilities :

Supplier relations:
• Develop international supply-chain solutions,
• Supports on RFQ’s, NPI, ECO, cost reduction programs,
• Support operative purchasing in shortage situations and claims process,
• Negotiation of price and general terms and conditions.

Internal/ customer relations:
• Technical suport of Customer,
• Education and suport of production,
• Operative purchasing,
• Material and component selection,
• Support claims proces.

Wymagania

Requirements:

Preferred previous experience:
• 3 years’ experience working as a commodity manager or sourcing engineer in a mechanical production environment,
• Should have a practical experience with mechanical manufacturing,
• Experience in international business.

Education:
• Technical education, preferably to University level. Education should be in mechanics.

The person:
• Good English communication skills, both written and verbal,
• Self-driven and ability to develop supply chains,
• Social skills and can work directly with our customers on sourcing related issues.
