Our client is the Headphones' Professional Audio Company. For our Client, we are now recruiting for the position of Customer Care Specialists (Inbound). Based on actual skill-set and multi-language fluency, agents will handle various channels of support (e.g., phone, email, white mail, chat, social media, etc.) inquiries covering pre-purchase suggestions, basic product troubleshooting, assist with consumer sales order entry, provide product usage assistance, upsell current/future Client’s products and services.

Wymagania

• High School diploma
• Customer Care Experience
• Troubleshooting experience
• Email and chat support experience (Preferable)
• Knowledge/Skills/ Danish, Dutch, English, Finnish, French, German, Italian, Norwegian, Polish, Portuguese, Spanish, Swedish, Other. Native Speaker (Eliminatory)
• Good English knowledge (training will be in English)
• Ability to actively listen and determine customer needs
Excellent Communicational skills - typing skills for a chat or email environment
• Sales aptitude
• Team building and leadership skills
Proficient in dealing with Headphones Professional Audio

Oferujemy

• Full-time 8h/day, between 7am and 8pm, from Monday to Friday
• Base salary (x14 months) + Lunch fee + Monthly Performance Bonus
• Work place: Lisbon
• Financial support (travelling expenses, moving expenses, etc.)
