Currently for a Multinational Contact Center Outsourcing Provider Company we are looking for
CUSTOMER SERVICE for bank assistance and BACK OFFICE services for bank and financial Business Process Outsourcing services and assistance.
Location: Lisbon, Portugal.
Contract duration: 6 months.

Responsibilities:
• Providing help and advice to customers regarding products and services on Italian market;
• Communicating with customers by telephone or email;
• Solving bank’s customers problems;
• Handling customer complaints or any major incidents;

Wymagania

• Fluency in Italian;
• Good knowledge in Microsoft Office application;
• Verbal and written communication skills;
• Client orientation
• Team working
• Previous experience in customer care activity would be appreciate.
