For our Client, an international organization with headquarters in the United States, to the newly opened logistics center located in Athens, Greece, for a new project for a large multinational company, we are currently looking for candidates for the position of:

Customer Service Specialist with Turkish

Workplace: Athens, Greece

A person working on this position will be responsible for acting as the first point of contact for all Turkish speaking clients, receiving inbound calls and email inquiries, providing customer support and resolving technical problems.
Working on this position will be a great opportunity to gain valuable experience in area of IT and latest technology within rapidly growing BPO structures.
IT knowledge is not required as there will be provided professional training conducted by specialist from the United States.

Requirements:
• Fluent Turkish
• Good English
• Experience in customer service would be appreciated
• Knowledge of the latest technology will be an asset
• A desire to start international carrier in Greece (Athens - a contract for 6 months with possibility of extension)
