Job description

• Processing HR Administration requests
• Providing clarification of HR processes and procedures
• Supporting the team with daily HR tasks
• Updating all required process documentation and other documentation within agreed time-frames
• Managing assigned part of the process according to Capgemini methodology
• Proactively acting to automate processes

Wymagania

Candidate’s profile

• Very good knowledge of Dutch (C1)
• Good knowledge of English (B2)
• Customer Service skills
• Good analytical skills and attention to details
• Knowledge of MS Excel would be an asset
• Ability to manage multiple priorities successfully
• Focus on details
