Bydgoszcz - monitor and maintain customers networks availability, integrity and services
- utilize available tools to troubleshoot/ isolate network problems
- providing network monitoring & surveillance, initial troubleshooting and maintenance escalation
- producing network incident and periodic reports
- tracking and directing the workflow of faults and planned events
- working in 24x7x365 shift rosters
- provide prompt and regular feedback to customers in relation to on-going issues

Wymagania

- university degree in computer, telecommunication sciences or equivalent but also graduate-class students are welcomed
- fluent English (both verbal and written)
- very good knowledge of Unix/Linux systems
- good understanding of telecommunication and computer networks
- excellent work planning, managing and organizing skills
- good communication and interpersonal skills
