Responsibilities:
• Handling with clients’ requests and queries via phone and e-mail
• Providing timely solution of reported problems
• Registration and classification of customers’ queries
• Analyzing problems related to computer daily service
• Providing high quality of customer service

Wymagania

Requirements:
• Fluent French or German
• Good English
• Communication skills
• Basic knowledge of Windows and MS Office
• Responsibility, good organization of work, teamwork skills
• Experience is not required – the client provides full introduction trainings
